How much is the County of El Dorado paying for court appointed Minor's counsel Barbara Newman?

This is a summary of the latest current events of my case. I will post a detailed story about my case at a later time.

But it did.

As a primary care taker for my four children since birth. We resided in the county of El Dorado for over 10 years, as well as a  survivor of domestic abuse for 20 years. To grasp the strength to get out of the abusive relationship with the support of my community, friends, and family, I've decided To escape the violence and create a healthier environment not only for myself but for our children.

When I filed a restraining order in 2011(PFL20110518), the father Frank Lane was represented by a West Sacramento attorney Fidel Martinez which unilaterally filed a motion for custody(PFL20110700). The situation, became estranged and retaliatory.  The court battle became so convoluted, that it was incomprehensible. Being self represented, I felt bullied, backed into a corner, and the odds were clearly against me. The court appoints minor council Barbara Newman to represent our children, Attorney Fidel Martinez representing the father, the court appointed  mediator Ady Langer, (her son was friends with my daughter) was clearly a conflict of interest. So the stakes were high.

In 2013, Attorney Fidel Martinez, on the behalf of the  father, Frank Lane filed a Notice of Motion citing an allege employment prospect with no offer letter attached, to work in Seattle Washington. to be employed by a  MARIJUANA dispensary making a substantial TAX FREE income in excess of $90,000 per year.  Although, I contested the move away, it was clearly retaliation from the father to further alienate  me from my children for filing a restraining order.

Judge Wagoner, who was  severely admonished click here http://cjp.ca.gov/res/docs/public_admon/Wagoner_DO_9-13-11.pdf ordered the  illegal move away, to make matters worst  The father Frank Lane leaves our then 16 year old daughter to live with a boyfriend who was 18 years of age. Attorney Barbara Newman, representing  the children  supported  the move with the three children, meanwhile leaving my  16 year old daughter to move in with her 18 year old boyfriend in El Dorado county.

WHO IS PAYING FOR ATTORNEY BARBARA NEWMAN'S COURT APPOINTED SERVICES, for children who currently are residing in the state of Washington, Pullyap county?  Are the residents of  EL DORADO county forking the bill for an attorney who clearly is appointed to represent children who reside in the state of Washington?
